Bad service complaint letter
Dear Sir or Madam,
RE: Supply of Goods & Services Act 1982 (As amended)
On [DATE], you provided me with [SET OUT WHAT THE SERVICE WAS THAT YOU PAID FOR] at a cost of £[PRICE].
However, I have had the following complaints about the service that you have provided:
According to the law named above, I am entitled to receive this service with reasonable care and skill and I clearly have not.
In the circumstances, I would like you to [refund my money immediately] OR [rectify the above issues immediately].
I look forward to receiving your response in the next 14 days, failing which I will have no alternative other than to take the matter further.
